After receiving Chiropractic care for a number of sporting injuries and lower back issues as a teenager, Dr Nelson was amazed at the changes he experienced and decided that a career in health and Chiropractic was his calling in life.
Dr Nelson graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters of Chiropractic, where he was awarded the coveted Chiropractic Adjuster of the Year Prize for Manipulative Excellence.
Along with his expertise in spinal and health related issues, Dr Nelson has undergone further post-graduate studies in peripheral techniques. This has provided him with international board certification for the care of a multitude of extremity conditions (upper and lower limb) ranging from sporting injuries to office-related conditions.
Over the past few years Dr Nelson has worked extensively throughout Sydney in a number of well renowned Chiropractic clinics and has spent time on the academic staff at Macquarie University, teaching Anatomy and Chiropractic technique.
Dr Nelson is also a member of the Chiropractors Association of Australia, Gonstead Chiropractic Society (Australia) and the Australian Spinal Research Foundation.
